60-Day Money-Back Window
We offer a 60-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, please contact our support team within this period and follow the instructions provided.
How to Request a Return
- Email help@beomma.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back, including any unopened bottles, with tracking.
- Once the package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Return Address
The shipping address for returns will be provided in your RMA email. Please do not send packages without prior authorization, as they may not be received or refunded.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Refunds cover the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns received outside the 60-day window may not be eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
